Ecco che cosa succede se guardi troppo il cellulare !!!!!

Moltissimo tempo. In media, trascorriamo dalle 2 alle 4 ore al giorno con la testa china sullo smartphone, per scrivere, leggere o giocare. In un anno, fanno 700-1400 ore di stress cervicale, che diventano 5 mila nel caso di soggetti particolarmente a rischio, che trascorrono molto tempo al cellulare o chini sui libri (i nostri figli!). Nel corso del tempo, quest’abitudine impone una posizione curva in avanti che può finire per danneggiare la spina dorsale.

Forse non è possibile evitare l’utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie. Ma si possono prevenire i danni alla colonna mantenendo una posizione corretta del capo, con le orecchie allineate alle spalle. E – aggiungiamo noi- facendo più attività fisica ed alcuni semplici esercizi per alleviare i dolori e rilassare il collo.
